I have a 2016 SEL Combi which, as standard. came with what Skoda term KESSY GO which is basically a keyless ignition (start/stop button) but not the full keyless entry (keyfob buttons still used). Unless Skoda have changed the standard features this is probably what you've got unless the original owner specified keyless entry as an option. HTH Yeap, I am afraid you have discovered a 'feature' of the combination of the auto Start-Stop and a DSG box! Dream start. That brings us into the 21st century. Today’s popular KESSY keyless system first saw the light of day in 2010 as part of the Škoda Superb, the brand’s flagship of the day. The key never has to leave the driver’s pocket – the starter button recognises it wirelessly, so all the driver has to do is press the button.
Hey Folks, For about the last two weeks I’ve noticed that my 2013 Superb with Kessy and push button start isn’t always recognising when I push the start/stop button to turn the car on or off. It happens quite randomly. I normally just jump in foot on brake pedal (it’s a DSG) and go for a start so don’t bother allowing just the ignition
The model will measure approximately 4.1 meters (161.4 inches) long and start around €25,000. It sounds like Skoda’s version of the Volkswagen ID.2all and the model will be built in Spain

To silence the alarm and start the car, fold the key away then put your foot on the brake and use the key fob to press the start button. The transducer in the fob will still work but only at a very short range so it is important to put the key right against the start button.
Method one you set the voltage to 12.1v and when the sys/cpu in the car checks the voltage it is always too low so stop start fails to activate. There is even a stop/start warning light that come on in MFD re stop/start symbol with a circle and slash through it telling you stop/start didn't activate, great! And the following coding: • Auto lock doors without Kessy nearby: Select Control unit B7 (Start system Interface)
More about Skoda Karoq fuses, see our website: The issues are pretty well fixed, but some have still issues and worse still have them dismissed now by Skoda UK / VW Group. So the point is not 'fixed' if you have one with issues. If those that had a late 69 or 20 plate have had the chance to drive theirs much and no issues showing then great. @shyVRS245.
