Hello everybody! About 2 months ago I bought a third hand fiat punto 1.2 8v,with aproximately 100.000kms on the clock.And since then,I have been registering a very high fuel comsumption,really poor mpg!I have changed the air filter,plugs,spark plugs and even took it to a diagnostic machine to check for faulty sensors,but the ECU is found to beI have recently been in a accident and since then got the fuel cut off message on dash. I googled how to solve but couldn't really find a video for 2009 Fiat Grande Punto right hand side. All i found is to locate the switch under the dash on the post but checked both left and right but dont see a switch. As for your tyres issue the larger the tyre the larger the size of contact patch hence more losses due to friction, not to mention the added mass of the larger tyre.
